At the startup of the project, our Requirement Engineering Team is responsible of submitting comprehensive Technical Requirement Specifications to the Customer for approval: by doing so, we ensure that any ambiguous or conflicting requirement is solved at a very early stage and will not have any negative impact on the quality of the design.
A Project Time Plan and Risk Management Plan is kept updated during the entire course of the project and Progress Reports are issued at regular intervals to ensure a transparent communication and facilitate the timely resolution of any possible issue.
