LNG Stations

Natural gas is a cornerstone in the supply of energy: it is the fastest growing main source of fuel; however, to be transported, it must be liquefied to reduce its volume sixhundred times. This is done by lowering the temperature down to -162°C.

The Zipfluid loading arms for LNG transfer are specially designed for loading and unloading of road or rail tankers: special attention has been paid to the selection of materials and special welding procedures to withstand the extremely low temperatures, and to the nitrogen piping, to keep the swivel dry and prevent ice formation.
