LPG loading and unloading stations are the most efficient and ergonomic way to transfer LPG and other pressurized liquids from one storage tank to a mobile tanker or vice-versa.
Each Zipfluid station comprises of a liquid LPG arm and a vapour arm, mounted on a single standpost.
Once the LPG tanker is parked in the allocated space next to the loading station, the operator removes any cap and connects in sequence the vapour arm and them the liquid arm.

Zipfluid offers different loading and unloading solutions: from the “classic” bottom loading one to the “Russian type” (top loading/unloading for rail tankers).

LA300/400 SERIES Loading Bay

Stazioni GPL - Zipfluid, Sistemi di trasferimento fluidi

LA300/400 series loading arms is designed to transfer LPG and other fluids under pressure from stocking depots to road or railway tankers and vice versa. It can be installed as single arm for liquid phase (LA300), or as loading/unloading station with both liquid and vapor phases (LA400). Different solutions are available, from the classic bottom design, to the top rail-tank loading/unloading system (Russian type).
