Risk Analysis is an essential part of our Product Design Process and performed in accordance with ISO 27001 and IEC 61508, therefore the results can be easily incorporated by the Customer HSE Department into their standard Risk Management System according to EU Directive 2012/18 (the so-called Seveso III) or to any other International Standard.

  • Architectural Design

At a first stage, a systematic FMEA is performed and it serves as guideline for the Architectural Design, composed by Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Envelope (ED) and General Arrangement (GAD) Drawings.
  • Standards & Directives

ATEX, PED and Machine Directives are the main references, together with other applicable standards, to evaluate the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of our Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS). (SIS).
  • Detail Design

During the detailed design stage, our state-of-the-art CAD system allows to easily adapt the design to the most demanding customer requirements. 3D simulations simplify dramatically the analysis of any possible interference of our loading arms with other objects in the working area, while Finite Elements Modelling (FEM) allows us to perform complex structural analyses and to guarantee high reliability of our systems during their whole life cycle.
  • Collaborative Design

Once design is completed, the GA drawings can be exported in IFC format in order to be easily integrated into the Customer Building Information Modeling (BIM), ensuring hereby full consistency with the overall construction plan
